Rental terms
These are the main conditions for VAY self-drive rentals. Agree the car, dates, insurance and pickup details before confirmation. Individual terms and responsibilities are set out in your rental agreement.

Documents and driver requirements
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have at least 1 year of driving experience. You will need a passport and a driving licence to rent a car.

Agree your booking
Choose your car, dates, times, pickup and return locations, CASCO and any requests. A website enquiry is not a confirmed booking; wait for confirmation from our team.
Collect the car
Delivery and collection within Yerevan, including Zvartnots airport, are free by prior arrangement. The car is supplied with a full tank. At handover, check the condition, mileage, fuel level and documents together.
Return the car
Agree the return address and time in advance. Contact our team if your plans change or you are delayed. Return the car with a full tank. Clarify extensions and any additional charges before your rental begins.
Optional CASCO
Optional CASCO is available for the Chevrolet Camaro and BMW F30. CASCO is currently unavailable for the Mercedes SLK. The option costs 7,000 AMD per day. Selecting it adds the cost to your preliminary total. For example, the extra cost for 3 days is 21,000 AMD. Selecting the option does not by itself establish coverage: clarify covered risks, exclusions, limits and incident procedures before confirmation. CASCO is not a promise that all damage is fully covered or that you have no liability. An individually agreed rate may differ; our team will confirm the final price.
Questions before renting
What does “Without CASCO” mean in the form?
It means the optional CASCO has not been selected and its cost has not been added to the quote. Ask our team about the basic insurance and your responsibilities before confirming your rental.
What does CASCO cover?
Covered risks, exclusions and limits are not specified on this page yet. Ask for the current terms for your selected car before booking and read your agreement.
What is the fuel policy?
The car is supplied with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. Ask our team about any charges for returning it without a full tank before your rental begins.
Can I drive outside Armenia?
Do not plan a border crossing without prior agreement. Travel permission, required documents and insurance coverage outside Armenia must be clarified separately.
What should I do if there is damage or an incident?
Ask our team for instructions and contact details before your trip. In an incident, follow the rental agreement and insurance instructions. If there is immediate danger or someone is injured, contact emergency services.
How is the rental price calculated?
The price depends on your dates, car and rental length. The catalogue and form show a preliminary quote; CASCO is added separately. Rentals of 10 days or more are discussed individually. Self-drive prices do not apply to trips with a driver or visa runs.
