Trip programme
This approximately nine-hour trip combines southern Armenian monasteries, an archaeological cave and local winemaking.
Khor Virap. Visit a monastery associated with Armenia’s Christian history and stop for views towards Mount Ararat.
Birds’ Cave, Areni. Discover an archaeological site where ancient winemaking remains, vessels and other artefacts have been found.
Noravank. Continue to the monastery complex surrounded by red cliffs.
Winery visit. End the programme with an introduction to Armenian wine production and a tasting.
Price for the whole group: 1–4 guests: 45,000 AMD. 5–7 guests: 65,000 AMD. Car and guide are included. Admission tickets and meals are charged separately.
